Market Insights | USD, Dow Jones, DAX, and Gold
Hi, and welcome to today’s insights video. After last night’s message from the Fed, we saw some strong moves from risk markets to the upside, and the USD made another move lower.
Risk markets have mainly been trending higher lately, but yesterday’s Fed message set off new breaks higher on the dow and confirmed a continuation on gold. We still want to see gold set a new higher high, and the USD still refuses to break support, and until we see this, we might see more consolidation from some risk markets.
In today’s analysis video, we run over the USD, Dow, DAX, and gold and discuss some of the things we would like to see to help confirm yesterday’s moves. Another factor is this Friday’s NFP data. It will be released at 12:30 am AEDT and could help make or break yesterday’s rallies.
