Challenges are offered by the relevant partner referrers named above (Referrers) and are Certified Challenges with Eightcap. The Referrers each operate and administer a referral program for Eightcap only. That is, each Referrer acts only as referrer to Eightcap.

The Referrers do not manage or administer the Challenges. Eightcap manages and administers the Challenges offered by the Referrers. The Referrers do not offer, are not authorised to offer, and do not have any direct access to, any trading platform in respect of any Certified Challenge, including the Challenges. The Referrers do not handle any monies in connection with the Challenges (other than referral fees they are entitled to).

When purchasing or subscribing to a Challenge distributed by a Referrer, it is Eightcap who will: (i) receive subscription and fee payments for the Challenges;(ii) handle all monies associated with the Challenges;(iii) faciliate all payments (including payouts) associated with the Challenges;(iv) manage all technology and trading platform associated with the administration of Challenges (for both demo and simulated live environments);(v) manage disputes associated with the Challenges. All monies and funds associated with Challenges are held and/or processed through Eightcap’s reputable banking, finance and payments partners.
