Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for a professional account, you will need to meet either one of the following criteria:
Sophisticated Investor
► Complete a Sophisticated Investor Assessment – Successful candidates need to obtain 80% or higher on the test to pass.
► Evidence of substantial trading history with a notional volume of at least 2M
► Submit a signed Sophisticated Investor Acknowledgement Form.
► Complete a questionnaire relating to your knowledge and experience with derivatives.
High Net Worth Investor
► Own net assets of 2.5 million.
► Or have a gross annual income of over $250,000 shown over two financial years, certified by an accountant.

Zoran Kresovic
Zoran has over 10 years of relationship management experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eightcap, Zoran gained a wealth of knowledge of the trading environment during his roles in banking, wealth management and broker space.

Casey Brain
Casey is an experienced Premium account manager with over a decade involved in financial markets, which includes dealings in the foreign exchange space, equities, managed funds, ETF’s and contracts for difference (CFD’s). He also likes to trade in his spare time, and has done so in various asset classes such as precious metals, indices, crypto and equities, to name a few.
Casey is committed to providing the best possible service to premium clients, as he has done for the past five years now, both at Eightcap and his previous CFD broker. His priority is to build strong, long-term client relationships and to empower clients to achieve their trading goals.

What protections do wholesale clients lose?
If you become a wholesale client, you will not receive any protections afforded to retail clients under Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act. This includes but is not limited to, retail negative balance protection, being issued a Product Disclosure Statement or a Financial Services Guide and AFCA having discretion to exclude your complaint as a Wholesale client. Eightcap may, at its sole discretion, afford some protections to Wholesale clients on a case-by-case basis.
