How to find the version of your Operating System
1. Select the Start button > Settings > System > About .
2. Under Device specifications > System type, see if you're running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows.
3. Under Windows specifications, check which edition and version of Windows your device is running.
From the Apple menu in the corner of your screen, choose About This Mac. You'll see the macOS name, such as macOS Mojave, followed by its version number. Some products or features will require you to know the build number as well, click the version number to view it.
To find the software version installed on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > General, then tap About.
1. Open. Settings on your device.
2. Scroll down and tap About phone.
3. Look for the "Android version" section of the page. The number listed in this section, e.g. 9, is the version of the Android OS your device is running.
